With the aim of making “delicious coffee easily accessible to everyone”, this rechargeable device vibrates to envelop the bitterness and impurities of coffee with water molecules, making them less perceptible and allowing for a cleaner, more pronounced umami experience. Sensory evaluations by taste specialists from House Foods confirmed the intended flavor transformation. The device is available through a subscription, paired with a stand, and is designed to preserve the aroma while reducing bitterness, in the hope of enabling more people to enjoy coffee.
